I did this on my phone last week. I know its not the best, but any criticism would be appreciated.

 

-Max-level/top-tier player was teaching his friend about Elder Tale by lending his account. Backseat gaming and the like. Apocalypse happens when this is going on, so now you have one of the most strongest players in the game in the hands of a complete beginner.

 

-Hey, would it be outlandish to say that those in the North American server set up a border and border control/patrols shortly after the apocalypse? Or maybe even before the apocalypse?

 

-Mom was messing around on her sons computer. Lots of comedy potential with her son either playing skimpy girls or hulky brutes, either way the transformation will be hilarious.

Even more so if shee meets up with friends of her son.

 

-I want to write about a group of former engineering and physics undergrads trying to figure out the physics of the LH-verse works, i.e. if it exhibits quantum or relativistic phenomenon.

Has Mamare said anything on this topic?

I think I might scrap the one I already started, its kind of a rough thing to do that would involve a lot of time skips, so just brainstorming a bit

I thought the first 2 ideas were one, thus about a lander being saved by a player, and the 2 of them becoming friends.

Then the lander helps the player by manipulating the masses of landers to help the player lead a warrior guild and make his own monarchy.

Which to me sounds very good.

 

-a guy whose username is strawberry is part of a large guild which only dedicates itself to cleaning and recovering temples, so everyone has maid and butler as their subclasses, one day he enters a temple with the intentions of cleaning it but finds a stain that can't be removed, he eventually hires an alchemist to find a way to wipe it off together.

-Trio got sucked in the game. Also 2 of them multi clients and all their character became sentient while MC is a trap.

 

-I wonder what would happen if you happened to be logged at two characters at the same time.

Sounds fun enough to write about

 

-A group of wealthy friends rush over to Hawaii, and bit by bit they buy the whole thing up. They take over, and charge ridiculously large prices for people who wish to take breaks or restock there on their way between the Western hemisphere servers and the Eastern hemisphere servers.

It works because it's one of the only places to stop between Japan and North America, and since there's no major city there won't be a bank and if people die there, they get sent back to the continent they started. Maybe it becomes a pirate haven?

Two martial artists trapped in Elder Tale roam the land, aiming to retrieve a trapped family member, and engaging in adventure, derring-do, and jolly cooperation.

Wow I am not used to writing. I realize that probably has a lot of problems, any help appreciated.

(Any impression of overpowered-ness I plan to remedy in the next bit, but by the time I finished that this thread might already be dead.)

If it's Phantasmal it's probably character bound, as nearly all of them are, and from one of the guild-sized raids.

 

-How about the tale of three scrubs who made it to level 30 just soloing? When they get stuck in the game, they are forced to work together.

 

-The only fanfiction I can think of involves rape guilds. Not player/lander rape guilds, but everything else. Dragons, poison mushroom beasts, sand golems, anything. Led by their leader xXxHarcore342xXx, they vow to fuck every enemy in the game.

 

-If a goblin chief came up to you, bowed his head and begged you to unleash your wrath upon him instead of his entire village, how would you react? [I know it isn't posted as a story Idea but it sounds interesting enough]

 

-Can your summons talk? I was thinking of a summoner who was a male stuck in a female avatar, and uses her summons to speak for her out of embarrassment/shame.

Also maybe them trying to find new summons for the expansion to make contracts with.

-I'm not one for writing but how about a story about a low-mid level adventurer who kills (or attempts to kill) other adventurers who commit crimes but don't trigger the town guards? He would frequently die for his actions and suffer the death penalties. It'll be about his feelings behind his actions, his strategies behind losing as little money and as few items as possible upon death, his efforts to gain experience and levels despite his suicidal acts of justice, and how he slowly loses himself to the memory loss becoming an amnesiac vigilante who can only remember his "mission".

-Your characters aren't realistic enough

>Ego filled power hungry guild master who isn't that great, but no one wants to bother making another guild. Players a guardian because he thinks guild leaders must be tanks and takes every piece of gear he can use for himself, even if its a massive upgrade for someone else

Swashbuckler - War Priest

Single/Dual mana drain weapons (Let's say they're rare so most players would go for the single weapon taking advantage of the "Fencer Style" passive)

War Priest could have a passive that adds bonus damage to your physical attacks/skills based on an amount of mana drained.

Throw in attackspeed and cooldown reduction gear similar to what Isaac apparently has. (That type of gear is apparently hard to get too so give the character maybe just one or two pieces if he's mid-low leveled)

Use Swashbuckler skills such as Lightning Step and Unicorn Jump in place of Blink

Needs some refining but there's your basic Mana"burn" build. [For Mr. IwannabeanAntiMage]

A group of Adventurers try to pull a heist without triggering the Guards (restraining the staff and breaking the defenses with their myriad of character and item skills), but the bankers laugh in their faces, thinking about the possible counters to those tricks (for the reader's enlightenment).

Is it going to be 4 of them, in masks, with summon powered auto drills?

 

-A team of 4 trying to explore ET's version of the Caribbean, probably filled with a wide variety of lander types ranging from pirates that are stranded because of the seas being filled with too many strong monsters to people trying to hire a squad to defeat the mysterious monster that appeared in the bermuda triangle.

 

-A group of players casually going through content and grinding to level up while theorycrafting class builds, overskills (making up another term for it because they're in a different server and the term hasn't spread that far yet), and discussing the state of the world in general.

It'll pretty much be a LH thread between 5 players minus the LH story.

-A player who switched from the NA server to the JP server by accident and doesnt know how the auto translation works.

 

-A "Robin Hood" character who steals shit from high-level characters, sells it, and distributes it among the landers. Then one day, a high-level guild comes after him and he's forced to watch as his beloved village is burned to the ground. The rest of the story is about him finding ways to permanently punish them, along with anyone who hurts landers.

The whole story would be about him maturing, seeking his revenge, and then living with how he treated them while trying to be a normal person who learned how vicious people can be.

 

 

Hopefully I found all the >relevant< ideas, if you believe I missed something then do something about it if you care enough I guess (hell you might as well copy-paste this pastebin and just dump your idea in there somewhere and say it's a new version it doesn't really matter)
