basically we've heard the brits have designs on western europe. france is in western europe.
we will build a navy and airforce to keep the brits at bay in europe if they try anything. in the meantime im gonna gear up my army for war in africa. if i can take egypt and nigeria that would be pr cool. i can do cool archaeology stuff as well as gain control of the suez canal. im basically gonna declare africa a solely french (and german) sphere of influence if war actually does break out. if it doesn't then ill be slowly working my way up to being able to do that on my own.

in case the germans are playing me for a fool (which doesn't sound likely to me given the player in charge of it) the maginot line will be built along the franco-german border and an alliance with russia will be activated. obviously the germans can go around the maginot line a la schlieffen plan but at least the front gets shortened
in case the brits are actually doing we think, well, hopefully the germans will stay out of it and i can prevent a landing and launch offensive campaigns in africa.
in case the russians are being sneaky we have a probable alliance with the germans. its more likely that i would be helping him out against russia than the opposite but yeah.

if both the brits and the germans attack me we will turtle hardcore.
