In general they have to be winter,christmas,happy,colorfull themed with great detail though

MCORIGINS LOBBY revamp to Christmas Theme
SkyWars revamp, new spawn + at least 10 maps. (look at nova SkyWars for spawn ideas)
Skyblock, new spawn, +1 Christmas themed island for donators avalible during that period
Creative, new spawn cuz prob reset
Strikerz, new spawn cause its to grey/dark = boring, needs to be colorful/happy aka MCO themed
Survival Games, the spawn Korny has been working on big SG update - Just make it more epic than it already is ;D
Timebomb, 10 Maps
Footcube, if we have time, same spawn but winter themed spawn with great detail
PVP-Kits, new map or revamped version of current map
