Die hübsche Holly sucht ihr Glück als Model in New York. Jeder Auftrag ist ihr recht - auch ein Angebot für einen zweifelhaften Shoot der Brüder Ivan, Gregory und Nick. Steven R. Monroe kann mehr, als nur die Welt aus den Angeln zu heben (siehe "Die neuen Prophezeiungen der Maya"). Nach seinem Remake des All-Time-Rape-and-Revenge-Klassikers "Ich spuck' auf dein Grab" vor drei Jahren legt er eine Fortsetzung nach einem Buch von "Saw VI"-Autor Thomas H. Fenton vor, die die Prämisse des Erstlings minimal, aber effektiv variiert und den Kriegsschauplatz mit spürbarem "Hostel"-Feeling nach Bulgarien verlegt. Trumpfass ist die großartige Jemma Dallender in der Hauptrolle.
