  1. Exetel has determined that whilst your Mobile Broadband Service has the ability for you to make mobile voice calls, this is not being utilised.

  3. The lack of voice call activity results in unsustainable monthly wholesale costs to Exetel.

  7. As our records indicate you are not taking advantage of this feature (mobile voice calls),

  9. Exetel formally gives you 30 days’ notice that from the 1st of April 2012, the ability for you to make mobile voice calls from your Exetel Mobile Broadband Service will no longer be possible.
