Even though he's the weakest of the group, he likes to act like he's the strongest. He  has a very cocky attitude about him and brags about every little thing he does, making him kind of a douche. Despite this, no one seems to take him as seriously as Betty or TD. When made fun of, he tends to get whiny and completely breaks his charade of being a powerful force to be reckoned with. Also he is Filipino so it would make sense if he had a bit of a Filipino accent.

Phrases:
"'Why don't I have a head?' That’s none of your business. Besides, even without a brain I’m still smarter than everyone of you heroes combined. To answer your next question, my name is Lance. I’m the strongest warrior that the Time Dragon has in his army, and the bringer of your demise."

"Alright time for me to destroy you like the brats you ar- wait what? 'She'? I'M NOT A GIRL YOU TWITS. I'LL HAVE YOU KNOW THAT PINK IS A PERFECTLY MANLY COLOR. YES, RED SWIRLY HEARTS ARE MANLY TOO."

TD, short for Time Dragon, is the god of time and who is mainly responsible for the towns getting split into TimeZones. He absolutely loves being in charge and causing chaos to people. He is extremely loud and flirtatious at all times, which mostly comes from him being a very heavy drinker. His voice should be something that is very grand and booming, but comical at the same time.

Phrases:
"Butt or boobs? How can you even ask such a thing? Is it even possible to pick between the two? I can't love one more than the other! That's like asking a mother which kid is her favorite! I mean we all know that Billy is much better behaved then both Charles and Tina, but their mother still loves them more than anything!"

"Friends? With you guys? Please, I'm just keeping you alive because /they/ want me to. I only have one REAL friend, and his name is Jack Daniels."

(There's also a fourth villain who doesn't get their own paragraph because they never speak. Not much is known about them except that they have far more power than Betty and Lance and are gender-fluid)

Other monsters and villains will be counted as background characters as most of them don't have lines or that large of a role.
