What type of Suggestion is this? Job suggestion

What is your Suggestion? My suggestions is to improve the EMS/EMT job by first of all, making it white-list only, simply not having it's little hearts on the map so they can revive everybody on the map and instead getting dispatch messages from people that they need medical assistance at the bank because someone was shot. I think they would also need certain teams, e.g Alpha, Bravo and Charlie teams where they would have a lead paramedic in each, they would have a time shift of two teams being on patrol and one team being at the hospital with a shift change every 15 minutes or so, I think also the revive price should be lowered too 100$ or less.

How would this help the server/Why is it needed? It would help the server by not having people who just run around the map running right to those extremely unrealistic hearts which just pop around the map when somebody dies and it would add a LOT more role-play, though this would best work with a working dispatch phone, e.g you can SMS the Emergency dispatch and pick "Health Emergency" and text them saying where it happened, what happened and how. Though it would work with advertising it wouldn't be the best, I also would LOVE if ems had to actually role-play in the hospital, having certain things they have to say every time a patient comes in, e.g Hello sir, what is your name? What happened? Are you allergic to morphine? I am going to stop your bleeding, it may pinch a little, is that okay? ect.

Is this at all exploitable and if so, how do we make it unexploitable?Not at all, just adding more role-play and realism.

Your thoughts:I think that this would greatly improve the medical team, extend it and make the ems force much larger if the white-list was enforced, also making them role-play instead of 5 people running in screaming, "HELP I NEED TO BE HEALED" which are then healed and just run the fuck out without any type of role-play.

I feel that people find EMS as just people to heal you, not to help you and I feel that the non-white list can be easily abused on it and I'm sure people do it. I also would love if this got accepted because the amount of role-play added would be AMAZING to the server.
