My ex will not stop...need help

This is my ex's information. He is psycho, he has been stalking and harassing me for weeks now on the phone and internet. I have called the cops but there is nothing they can do because he is in another city over an hour away. I tried to get a PPO but since I can't prove he threatened me (he did that over the phone and the recordings didn't come out) I was not granted one. He claims to be in the motorcycle club The Detroit Highwaymen, which is a lie, he claims that he shot and killed a Mongrol (different motorcycle club), he claims he is going to start a new chapter of the MC in Lansing which is right near where I live. I have bought a gun at this point and constantly watching over my back because of this jerk and it's all because I broke up with him and I block him on anything and everything just to have some peace. Below is his information, at this point, do what you will be the whole of the law. Anything to bombard him so that maybe he has to concentrate on something else other than his obsession with me.
