  4. 5xprogressTo10s back lever hold (tuck -> adv. Tuck -> half full -> full) alternate with

  7. Front lever progressions training:
  8. 3xprogressTo20s scapula hold
  9. 3x5r front lever pull (whichever i can) + negative down
  10. 5xprogressTo10s front lever hold (tuck -> adv. Tuck - > one leg in one leg full -> straddle -> full)
  11. 3x10 front lever pull on bar with res. Bands
