  4. Welcome to The Black Templars! As a member of our
  5. team you will find that there can be great opportunities and great rewards…if you
  6. are a “team player.”  If you think that you have what it takes to become one of the
  7. best, then read on! We rise from the depths of this world,

  9. Vision
  10.  Our vision is one that we hope you will share with us on our journey to
  11. control all humans on Earth.  We see a place where everyone can serve the evil
  12. genius equally. The old saying 'Good trumps evil', as we all know, is a lie.
  13. Every movie you saw, every book you read always had some kind of flaw,
  14. some kind of luck, some kind of miracle, that makes the hopeless good guys win.
  15. Do you think Harry Potter was any match for Lord Voldemort?
  16. Do you think some Kyle Reese with a gun would have beaten the Terminator?
  17. Do you think the Transformers, some idiots who joke around, are any match for the Decepticons, men with a mission?
  18. You all know the answers to that. Here, in the Black Templars, we create our own luck.
  19. We will show the world that EVIL is what is meant to be.
  20.  
  21. Mission Statement
  22. Every organization should have a “mission statement.”  A mission statement
  23. helps to focus the efforts of all team members into a laser-like beam, capable of
  24. cutting through any bank vault or shooting down even the most remote satellites
  25. orbiting the Earth. Our mission statement is simple but effective:

  27. “I’m going to take over the world!”
  28.  
  29.  As you can see, this is a simple statement, requiring minimal cooperation
  30. from the world’s population. All it needs is for it's members to do the best they can
  31. and the final outcome is obvious. As long as everyone acknowledges our
  32. organization as the Evil Genius Leader of the entire world there will be no
  33. problems…muahaha.
  34.  
  35. High Marshal
  36. The High Marshal is the leader of the organization. He knows the deepest and the most darkest secrets of the world. His sole purpose is to spread evil in the worl by any means he finds.

  38. Marshal
  39. A Marshal is the second in command of the organization.
  40.  
  41. Dr.Evil
  42. A Castellan is second in command to the Marshal of a crusade and in command of a Fighting Company of the respective Crusade.1
  43. The Emperor's Champion
  44. An Emperor's Champion is selected on the eve of a battle just as Sigismund, the first Emperor's Champion and first High Marshal of the Black Templars, was. The champion is one Initiate who will have experienced a vision of the Emperor. He reports this to the Chaplains. They will anoint him, and gift him with the finest weapons and armour available, known as the Black Sword and the Armour of Faith. These may vary from fighting company to fighting company.1
  45. Sword Brethren
  46. Unlike other Chapters, Black Templars do not have veteran sergeants in their squads. The Marines who excel in combat are honoured by being promoted to the Marshal's Sword Brethren. They are also the only ones who are allowed to use Terminator Armour. They can be compared to a First Company of other Chapters.1
  47. Initiates
  48. Marines in a Fighting Company are called Initiates. When having proven himself in battle, he can be asked to take a single Neophyte under his wing and train and teach him by example.1
  49. Neophytes
  50. The Neophytes are the new recruits of the Black Templars Chapter. Unlike other Chapters they are not organised in a tenth Company, but are part of a Fighting Company where they train and learn from the Initiates who are in charge of them. As such, the Black Templars do not have a recon force.1
  51. A Neophyte will learn quickly from his tutor or die if he cannot. When the Initiate and Chaplains deem that the Neophyte has proven himself satisfactory in courage and skill, he is elevated to the rank of Initiate and will take his place in the Fighting Company. Should the Initiate in charge of a Neophyte die before the Neophyte's training is complete, his training and instruction will be taken over by another Initiate, if that Initiate finds the Neophyte worthy of his tutelage.1
