Then it all falls down to a prio system:
1. Is Heavy Thrust gonna fall off? Yes -> Reapply
2. Is Disembowel and Chaos Thrust gonna fall off (14-15 seconds left on Chaos Thrust)? Yes -> Reapply the combo
3. Is Phlebotomize gonna fall off? Yes -> Reapply
4. Geirskogul is to be fired off 3 times during one interval of Blood of the Dragon
        - Is there 22+ secs left of Blood of the Dragon? Yes -> Geirskogul's OK to fire.
5. Is Blood of the Dragon gonna fall off? Yes -> Reapply!
6. Life Surge is used on full thrust during opener, after that it is to be used with Wheeling Thrust or Fang and Claw unless a suitable situation comes up where it lines up with Full Thrust again (seldom happens).
7. Use your off global cooldown skills as soon as they're available, apply ogcd buffs one gcd beforehand if possible.
8. Do not cancel/interrupt ongoing combos in favour of reapplying buffs unless bursting is a prio. This is a dps loss!
9. Avoid using more than one ogcd in a row if connection's bad (lags etc) or if your skillspeed's too high.
10. This rotation requires 2.40gcd for Blood of the Dragon to align correctly with all other abilities.

Have in mind that the Dragoon has many abilities that have to be applied. Due to its massive dps/strike,
it is unwise to wait until debuffs/buffs runs out before reapplying. Clipping is necessary, e.g. 10 secs left on disembowel -> reapply combo asap.
