  3. I have just finished applying for Student Finance and am at the stage where I need to send evidence of who I am to complete the application. Since I don't have a passport, they asked for my birth certificate and a declaration form to be signed by a professional. I was wondering if it'd be any trouble for you to sign the declaration form, as apparently my GP no longer signs forms like this. I can pop in any time over the next few days.
