My explanation

Dear Runescape, i got hacked and i have the suspicion that my account has been given out (password & username) i dont know to howmuch people it has been send to but they didn't have my recovery questions.

I saw myself getting hacked and changed my password. I played again and saw that i was on different locations AGAIN!!! I changed my password like 4-5 times and i had the same problems.

 I cleaned my computer and detected some virusses and reinstalled my OS.

 Now my account has a 'Manual major ban' Because of 'Account selling' Well at 1st: I WOULD NEVER SELL MY ACCOUNT BITCH PLS THAT ACC MEANS ALLOT TO ME. 2nd of all: If my account was given out more ip's would be logged on the account & i tried to change to password over and over again.
 ( you can check that)

 i've been playing for 10 years now and i do NOT know what to do now. On twitter a jagexsupport voluenteer assisted me and he said to me: '@JagexSupport Jagex have said it is correct and I cannot help any further, I went the one step forward as I don't normally do'

WELL A BIT STRANGE IF I DIDNT SELL MY ACCOUNT ??!! You can check everything you want, i haven't been playing in a month and god i miss that game. i am a frequent member buyer and i play for 10 years.

 Now tell me Runescape.. is that how you help your runescape members? I've been hijacked and now im the one that has to PAY AGAIN? - I will never stop with making these sort of reactions on your photo's and statusses, i will twitter the hitpoits out of you.

 But i'm not letting you guy's ban me for  something i did not do. And i think allot of people would agree me on this one. - This is not how you treat your members.

Why did i got hacked? - Cause i'm a noob who disabled authenticator cause my phone broke.
