Here's 4 examples
FakePlex (Administrator/ Head of Trainee Management) - FakePlex was my most recent large staffing experience, I started off with talking with the owners one day, their names where Jonas and AppleG, they told me they were looking for Trainees to join their team and since I had a lot of previous experience if I wanted to apply I could. So I did, about 2 weeks later I was accepted and started my trial, after a month I got promoted to Moderator and part of the reports patrol team, that was my basic duties for the longest time. I was then promoted to Senior Moderator and put on the Trainee Management team, I spent a while on that till one day apparently Mineplex had sent Fakeplex an email saying they had to shut down their servers, so they did and sold it to the new owner Leo who changed the theme and IP, it went into long building and development stage, during that time a lot of staff left and I was promoted to Administrator and head of Trainee Management. Just a couple of weeks ago things weren't looking too good for the future of Fakeplex and I resigned from my position, Leo said he would always remember the commitment I had and if I wanted to come back one day and be part of the Leadership team I could.
MC-Gamer Network (Senior Moderator/ Staff Recruiter) - I loved MC-Gamer Network, it was the first server I ever played on and by far my all-time favorite. I played MC-Gamer before applying a couple of years ago for Moderator. I got accepted and brought into an interview room with Brittany, she gave me the basic run down of what was going on and said pretty much to chill out with guests and keep the community safe and watch for hackers and chat spammers. I got a mentor (his name was Ryan) he taught me everything I've learned today, I now am trying to pass my experience down to others. After a year I was promoted to Senior Moderator, I then started recording videos and playing survival games with my friends, I remember I banned a hacker during a twitch live stream that I was doing. I eventually resigned due to the fact that I wanted to start my own server cause it seemed fun and enjoyable.
ExorathMC (Administrator/ Staff Manager) - I started this server one day when I became friends with a guy named Lincoln (SpiderLincoln) and he introduced me to his friend Tommy and we starting hanging out together. He told me he had a server and he wanted me to be part of it, so I joined it and he gave me the role of Moderator+, this was when the server first started out and he didn't have many staff. The server was based off of TitanMC's Prison and it was pretty cool and the developers took good care of the server. I was later promoted to Senior Moderator once the server released to the public. I was then in charge of Classic Prison 1 and was online a ton. I eventually went into a teamspeak room and asked Joey and Tommy if I could be promoted to Administrator, they agreed and thought I had good experience, I was then put in charge of Staff and Community Management where I created the staff handbook and the guide to screen sharing and the punishment guideline. I eventually resigned due to the fact that school was getting in the way.
ThanatosPrison (Staff Manager) - This was the last server I was staff on that I just resigned from due to the layout and how they ran their server wasn't as professional as I would normally like. I was the top poster on their forums, I was on 10 hours a day and responded to all staff applications the moment they came in, I was like the perfect staff manager, I won many awards and even was voted onto the leadership team by the guests on the server. This community was so friendly and kind I was really sad for leaving but I know for the best of my career in staffing and development on minecraft it was time for me to go.
