room op commands at dogechat.net

These commands are only available in-room (they cannot be used inside a PM):
1. /ops - Gives the list of all assigned operators of the room. A room owner is an
             operator too unless they are deopped by other operator.
2. /op [username] and /deop [username] - Sets a user as an op and removes op status
                                         from a user, respectively. Only works if you
                                         are that room's operator.
3. /kick [username] and /unkick [username] - Bans and unbans a person from a room,
                                             respectively. Only works if you are that
                                             room's operator.
4. /set private and /unset private - Sets and unsets a room as a private room. Only a
                                     friend of room owner can enter a private room.
                                     Only works if you are that room's operator.

5. /topic [new channel topic] - Sets a channel's topic to the new ones. Limited to 494
                                character maximum. You can put links in topic, using
                                http/https.
