⇝background; Xiulan and her twin sister were born when their parents were going through a divorce and because of this they didn't get that much attention and their aunt basically raised them because their parents energy went into their work. The things got more heated up when their parents figured that only one could get the full custody because one was going to move to States after the whole mess was over. Their mom wasn't even thinking of letting them go but the father didn't want to live without his children either. In the end they both stayed with their father in China while their mother moved to United states. They never had much money to spend because their father didn't have exactly the best job ever. For her whole life Xiulan was always the quiet one out of the twins while her sister was a complete social butterfly. She was always getting new friends and hobbies. While being in school she had to use braces and her style wasn't that good either so she was exactly the opposite of her sister. While the time passed, her sister became more popular amd because of this she didn't want to have nothing to do with Xiulan in public and at home she was more like her slave. Xiulan didn't want to attract attention so she just stayed quiet and studied. At that times she started liking music a lot and started playing piano. At school she was also getting slowly more and more bullied but again because she didn't want to attract attention she stayed silent. After couple years when they went to high school and her sister moved to live in Beijing her father started to get more and more easily tired and sich worried Xuxu. After couple months the doctors found out that he had a lung cancer because of his long time smoking and he had to be placed in the hospital. She visited him everyday but just after couple months he died. That was the first time she was genuinely mad. Not because her dad died but because when she called her sister about it and asked her to come to the funeral, she just acted like it was nothing and said that she had more important things to do than attend her own fathers funeral. After that Xuxu realized there wasn't really anyone to her in this world anymore so she decided to get a new start in a new country. When she turned 18 she moved to Korean to Study photography and to get the new start she wanted. She didn't tell her sister anything about moving to a foreign country.

She is extremely shy and insecure and that's why she usually doesn't say anything if not necessary. She is a perfectionist and if she does something she has to do it perfectly from start to finish or she will feel bothered. She usually doesn't want people to help her or even ask help because she will feel burdened, she doesn't want to bother other people. She is always comparing herself with others ans usually feels like she isn't as tall, skinny or beautiful as others. Whenever others compliment her she will become very shy and try to hide somewhere. She is quite sensitive and easily gets upset over things. Xiulan rarely gets angry or annoyed and if she does she never shows it. She is extremely jumpy and gets scared very easily, she hates horror movies over everything.  She is also quite paranoid and usually is prepared for the worst. She is like the worst person on earth at expressing her feelings and telling her opinion. She hates noisy and busy places and just likes to keep her distance in other ways as well. She also has very low self-esteem at times.

She is extremely shy with him especially because he is always complimenting her. She thinks he is actually adorable because of his chubby cheeks and his little shyness. Always when he does skinship she acts like she wouldn't notice but it's extremely hard because she blushes so hard. Being around him sometimes raises her self-esteem but sometimes it lowers it alot because in her eyes he is perfect and she isn't near perfection. Still even if she is shy, with time she starts feeling comfortable with him and like she could tell him everything.
