  1. How DI could improve... the unquestioning loyalty thing is getting to me, as of right now. Instead of expecting the world of initiates that on average get to know the clan and the community for only a month, have a secondary vetting period after receiving full membership. This could probably take up to 3 months, so that potentials have time to become familiar with everything.
  2.
  3. Use the Initiate status to get loyalty conflicts out of the way, stuff like mine which is a commitment to an in-game Organization for one, singular game (Star Citizen, which calls its in-game guilds Organizations), but also wanting to be a part of DI.
  4.
  5. Clan Leader should be more involved, get to know people more than just being the supreme leader floating above everyone's heads and only coming down to see the masses once in a Morning Tea. Jackal is asking A LOT out his members, but we see not a lot of him.
  6.
  7. A bit more transparency into the inner workings of the command staff. We can't see into the Court of Justice, or the Opium Den. That concerns me. All I'm asking or would do is a bi-monthly newsletter, or report of some kind on the goings on.
  8.
  9. With the changes I'd like to see for the initiate and member vetting process, there comes changes to how officers come around. This is honesty my biggest concern. When I was in D-VIII I saw unvetted initiates instantly become Lieutenants, and eventually Vice. This may just be me overthinking things, or my Eve Online personality coming through, but for me that is a HUGE concern. Specially if you guys are wanting to open up to the younger ages for recruitment. I would have an officer position only be available to people who have proved themselves in the secondary member probationary period, so that we can know how they throw themselves around or act around other members.
