  1. My name is Dimitri Antonov, i am a 21 year old citizen of chernarussia, my family owned a farm out to the north west and had dreams of me simply following in the family tradition of farming, but i wanted more. So on my 19th birthday i packed up and headed for Chernogorsk, upon arriving i got a cheap flat and signed up for the local police force. By October 10th of 2014 i was days from passing out and becoming a fully trained officer, when me and all of the other recruits got called the station, the reports were broken and lacking information. We were told some form of infection had spread from Zelenogorsk and we were all headed to reforce the numbers of officers attempting to keep the peace and holt the infection. Me and my fellow recruits were granded side arms and slit up amongst the police forces i was sent north to Guglovo where we had to setup a checkpoint and search everyone passing through for signs of flu. I arrived at the checkpoint late at 9pm and the people didnt stop coming until 5am the next morning both lanes of the road were taken up heading east, after 5am things slowed down for an hour or so and the radio had gone dead about an hour before. Come 7am we saw figures heading up the road towards us just walking along the high way, as they came to the barrier we could see something wasnt right they were all covered in blood, we told them to stop, fired warnings shots, but they kept coming, another recruit like myself paniced and shot one right in the chest, he just took the shot and kept coming, thats when all hell broke lose. We were over run, and i was knocked out. The next thing i knew i woke up on the ground in the woods my commanding officer and two other officers had managed to get me into a car and away, we sat for ours trying to make contact on the radio, we stuck together and made our way on foot back to Elektrozavodsk it was a mess bodys and fires everywhere gun shots ringing out and screams so many people screaming. We stood on the hill together in shock staring at the city, we all decided to go our seperate ways and try to find out loved ones, So i headed north with my standard issue pistol to try and find my family, never had i imagined myself wanted to see that farm again so soon.
