Twitch feature request

Hi Twitch Staff members, I would like to request a way to see a log Timeouts/Bans/Turns off Sub-mode, along with time-stamps (and a the message deleted), with them. Chat moderators are constantly messaged by viewers who were banned "Why was I banned?", "Can you unban me?", etc., it usually results in the user being unbanned due to not being able to find out why they were timed out or who timed them out. In VGBootCamp's Apex 2015 stream [1/31/15 - 2/1/15], when the broadcaster said to leave sub-mode on, a rogue mod would constantly disable sub-mode. We'd immediately have to re-enable sub-mode, and nobody would ever know who did it. If we are able to get such a feature, it would be greatly appreciated.
