  3. EdithApophis: -Screams of Agony, frustration and pure exhaustion radiated throughout the deck of the large air ship mixed with the foul aroma of Urine and feces. Because of this, it was clear that the flooring of the vessel slick with various bodily fluids of this sort. Packed to the brim, the interior of the ship was thriving with Mulian upon Mulian. Although, perhaps ‘thriving’ wasn’t the best word… Moribund may have been better suited. Amongst the many figures, and standing at about waist height, was a small girl no older than 6 years. She sat crouched and practically unseen by the many forms standing above her. Like the many slaves around her, she was easily exhausted from what seemed months of ridiculously long travel. Her fair skin riddled with scars and bruises that, leaving small blue scabs upon her arms and legs. The girl’s blonde locks had stained a dirty shade of vile brown, though seemingly less tattered than the others around her. Locked around her ankles and wrists were four steel encased chains, all fixed with large bound locks.
  4. EdithApophis: The icy blue hues of the girls eyes fluttered open as the air ship came to a slugging halt, the forms around her shuddering into place as a large siren blared throughout the vessel, signaling for all to come to attention. A gentle sigh passed the girls weathered lips as she slowly ascended to her feet. She smoothed out her crimson colored dress as she stood to her feet, her thin legs shaking. It was clear, that she was extremely malnourished, her thin frame barely able to withstand her minimal weight. Regardless, she followed the norm of each other slave. A deep and rather dull voice called out to them, the girls ears pricking slightly at the sound- “Alright you filthy flesh bags, get your good for nothing skeletons moving, off of the ship and onto the docks below. Don’t mind the small ‘drop’ I’m sure it wont break to many bones” –The small girl shuddered at the creatures tone, assuming it had come from one of the reptilian guards. A slight wave of relief washed over her. Surely what lie ahead of her could not be worse than being crammed into this vessel like livestock ready for market. Little did she know, she couldn’t have been more wrong.
  5. EdithApophis: She shuffled along silently as she neared the edge of the ship. A small opening had been made for them to usher them out of the ship. Small groans and cries could be heard below as Mulian after Mulian dropped in a heap below the ship. The small girl swallowed nervously as she peered over the edge. She shook her head slightly as she leaned over some. A sly chuckle erupted from above her as she raised her head to meet the figures eyes- “A little nervous are we blondie? From your expression, I’ll take that as a yes.” –he shuffled a little towards her, the mans scaled knee’s pressed up against her back- “A little push should do the trick” –And at that, the girl tripped out of the vessel, tumbling to the ground below-

  7. EzraelApophis: The house of Apep is the highest ranking kingdom above all, said to hold the original demonic genes, however, there was only two members in the known universe, since the head family had been killed off by their own kin, the prodigal son of Rah Apophis. The other was an uncle that had fled the kingdom, unknown to this day. These memories flowing through the young Ether's mind of how he's killed off his family for betraying him, who knew his own father would fear his child's strength and banish him from his own empire, to even send the strongest of champions to kill him. All of this obstacles till this point had been surpassed, but upon killing his father, Ezrael felt as if his father planned so far ahead, even after his death. This concept makes the young deity uneasy. Currently located on a massive ship which descends upon the atmosphere of Vulok, the Ether King sits in his throne, upon the command deck of the ship, few reptilians in his command who wore the mark of Apep upon their armor. He spoke with a calm mmtone giving a simple command, "Raise the HUD display and show me." One woman, stands to her feet, point to the touch screen, as the massive wall ahead of them grows bright and reveals a bird's eye view of Forte Lok. He saw the ships, the slave ships which carried the mark of the spoils of war, slaves. Seeing them all on the ground scrambling amongst each other like ants, one of his assistants spoke out in a calm manner. "Commander, you only just dethroned your father, I fear that the empire doesn't respect you as a King at the moment, going down there may trigger hostility." Ezrael's eyes narrow slightly, nodding with a dormant expression upon his face. "I'm aware that the empire has forgotten just how powerful the main lineage is." His tone dull with apathy, as he turns away from the slave trade operation. Meanwhile, at the surface a Calvary of Reptilian's peer up into the sky, not too far away from the operation, to point at the ship hovering above them. One of the reptilian's spoke out "Aren't those the House of Apep Marks on that ship?" one said, the conversation not too far from where the girl was, so she should be able to listen to it. A larger Reptilian with hulking might within his entire body, standing nearly seven feet paces along the crown with a massive hammer, with spikes, and electricity jolting about the very head of the sinister looking weapon, the hammer dripping with blue blood. This is Glavius, the reptilian general who is continuing operations upon his own accord. His long, and muscly tail slamming the earth as he sets the hammer's staff-like body on his shoulder, peering up at the ship. "Yeah, that's the House of Apep, seems that brat who killed his daddy may grace us with his presence." Speaking sarcastically, with immense dislike for whomever he was speaking of, the general lashes out in anger, to see a frail Mulian woman to his right, swinging his hammer to smash her body to the ground, once the hammer coming into contact with the her, it shocked her to death while crushing her to the soil. " GET THESE BLUE BLOODS TO THE ARENA SO WE CAN START THE AUCTIONS!" He demanded, as a few reptilian guards charge at the mangled body, tearing it apart in a matter of seconds. Back on the ship, Ezrael's hud had zoomed in on this entire scene, as the powerful sensors on the ship even hone in on the sound. The king smirks to himself. "Well it seems Glavius is expecting me, Land the ship." He spoke calmly, pacing into the dark halls, ready to get a more personal experience with his father's operation.

  9. EdithApophis: -Upon plunging from the edge of the ship, the girl fell silently to the ground, seemingly landing on a rather cushioned surface, her frail frame unharmed from the steep fall. Her hands gripped onto what she had assumed was the ground as she came to her senses of the situation. Although, it seemed she had not exactly fallen onto the earth but a heaped pile of mangled Mulian bodies; some unmoving while others let out weak groans of agony. A small scream left the girl as her eyed formed into large circles, her nails digging into the skin of the fellow slaves she sat piled upon, the scream thought to have gone unheard. Most likely unnoticed by all the happenings around her, the slight crack her scream had made upon the earths surface would be passed off. Though she suffered from exhaustion, the girl sat bolt upright before leaping off of the heaped pile below her, her whole body shaking some before slowly coming to a stop. Her attention turned to one of the reptilian guards mere feet from her as she took in what he had said, a soft frown forming upon her forehead. She raised her eyes to peer up at the ships they must have been speaking of, the mark upon them imbedding itself into her mind. Somehow, she felt it would be of great importance to her, though for what reason she was unsure of. Shaking her head a little, her eyes descended to lay upon the larger Reptilian standing about 10 feet away from her. Due to her small stature, it seemed she too had gone under the radar, the general not once laying eyes upon her as she watched him. She took in his masculine form, but more importantly the severe looking weapon set upon his shoulder, blue liquid which was to be assumed as blood dripping from the spiked ball. The girl swallowed loudly as she took in the Generals words, noticing the built up anger forming upon his malicious looking face. She shuffled from one foot to the other as she took a few steps away from the guards and general, her eyes widening as the watched the hammer gauge itself into a frail woman’s back, a loud crack would utter throughout the area as the hammer seemed to snap the woman’s vertebrae in two, blue hued blood spewing out of the woman’s upper back as her mutilated body plummeted to the ground. The girl stood in shock from what she had just witnessed, her muscles stiffening as her hands clenched into two firm fists as a mass of reptilian guards devoured the woman’s body. A single tear fell from the girls right eye and shimmered down her cheek. That… could be her… just seconds from now. But, before she could even manage a thought of how one could escape from the terrible fate, a female Reptilian guard lay a hand on her shoulder, oddly soft compared to what she had witnessed lately. The girl didn’t even respond to the females touch as her eye stay locked upon the Reptilians before her. “I suggest you head on towards the Arena young one. Don’t want to end up like her do we?”. The girl shook her head slightly as the female nudged her on towards the others, her head raising slightly to look up at the ship with the Apep marks she had seen earlier, her face blank of emotion now as she picked up her feet and carried on towards the arena-

  11. EzraelApophis: The ship with the markings of the house of the House of Apep descends closer to the ground, as the docking pad opens from the belly of the ship. Revealing Ezrael finally, stepping forth, his first foot landing to the soil to evaluate his surroundings. His four different horns made him stand out from the crowd, considering he's the only Ether around a massive party of reptilians and technically the one in charge, though would they uphold that same respect? Wearing his House Of Apep attire, which is dark armor cladded with designs, and two blades at each hip, with a scepter in his right hand. Stepping forward into the light, his gold eyes peer to the massive group of Mulians as one of them gasp and point to him. It was an hold man covered in scars, who runs out of line to fall before Ezra, his body sliding through the dirt as he lets out a struggling grunt. "Y-you! Are the one who killed Rah, you are his son! Help us! PLEASE!" With a straight face, almost unsympathetic for the man Ez's eyes narrow down to the elderly man, lowering his right hand to kneel down at the same time to grab the old man by the shirt. His strength lifting the man up slowly from the ground into the air, to set him back onto his feet. The sounds of whips, and screams could be heard in the entire area, the aura of suffering. The king's lips part to speak in a dull tone, "You need to get back in line, before they come to kill you old man." He said with a soft tone, guiding the man back into the line to the arena. A reptilian guard paces up to the king as he spits inches near his the feet of him, Ezrael gazing down to the sign of disrespect, as he peers at the guard. "Fill me in on the situation here." He demanded calmly, as if it didn't phase him one bit. The ship slowly begins to rise into the sky, to maintain a slow hovering over the scene, as the guard replies with a snicker. "Don't you order me around like I'm supposed to just f-" Suddenly cut off, his speech halted by a stunning punch to the gut, one the smashes the wind out of the guard's mouth. Many different Mulians gasped, others laughed and snickered at the sudden display. The king's free hand grabs at the reptilian's tail, to slam him directly to the ground, dragging him along the floor as he talks to the reptilian scum. "I'll ask one more time, what's the situation here, Stat." The Guard let out a wail of pain, panting and groaning to talk in stuttering fear. "T-The auctions YOUR HIGHNESS!" Ez nods, to release the tail of the reptilian, continuing to pace forward calmly. One Mulian in the crown spoke to another saying, "Ezrael… I've seen him before, he's… a monster." Paying no mind to the statement, even though he could hear it as clear as day a bass filled name calls to him. "EZRA!" The six foot tall Ether mutters the name of the general. "Glav, you don't look happy to see me, last time we met, I was a child and you protected the doors of my home." The reptilian paces through the crowd of Mulians, slapping them aside like rag dolls, he'd then notice a reptilian woman pushing a child into the line, as his tail smashes one Mulian slave to the wall, advancing to the small girl to reply to what the Reptilian woman said to her. "No, she won't suffer the same fate, she'll grow up to be a pretty fine, sex slave for me!" Glavius stated in a porky manner, walking at the tiny girl, calling her out of line with his index finger. "Yessssss indeed." He said hungrily. Ezra could only cross his arms, as his eyes lock on the girl, then to Glav. "How… unprofessional of you, your men don't fall in line to respect me, do I have to make an example of you Glav, to make them follow suit?" Deep within his mind there was a certain energy about the child Glavius picked out, something about that seemed as if she just didn't belong here, her energy signature was even different from the other Mulians around her. Glavius replies with a heartily laugh, "Make an example of GLAVIUS THE DRAGON OF DAWN, you are just a child Ether, sure you all age slow, and live long, but you are a BOY, unworthy to be king, a brat! NOW COME GIRL!" He shouted to the girl darting at her in full sprint, grinning from ear to ear.

  13. EdithApophis: still locked upon the ship with such odd markings. A soft frown gradually formed just above her brow as she stopped mid step, her right leg slightly raised into the air as she watched the ship descend closer to the ground before her, its hull hovering just above the earths surface. Her sudden stop made quite a commotion behind her as she held up the singular line headed for the Arena. The Reptilians soft clasp on her shoulder tightened some as the girls eyes locked onto the man who revealed himself from the underside of the ship, a small crease forming under the her eyes as the females talons tug into her skin partly, a drop of blue hued blood forming upon her skins surface. The girl rolled her shoulder some, easing herself out of the female guards grasp stepping forward a little as if to get a better look at the man coming into view. Edith had never seen such a creature; Aside from Mulians, the only other race she had come across had been reptilians, so this form was all too new for her. She took in his whole stature from his horns to his boots, noticing that the same Apep mark from the ship was proudly on show upon his armour. She snapped her head from side to side as the Mulians around her either shrieked in fear or awe. She raised her eyebrows slightly as an elderly man slugged out of line, his figure falling almost drunkenly in front of the male. Edith’s eyes widened a little more, her frown fading almost instantly as her eyes lay upon the elderly man who had thrown himself out of line. Her bound hands raised to her face as she peaked through her fingers at the man, whom she had known all to well. The librarian… from her village. He had once given her a lesson in runes, though she didn’t exactly remember for sure but she could have sworn it was him. Her glance shifted from the elderly man to Ezra, a soft gasp that was barely audible leaving her as he gripped onto the mans shirt, her fingers folding over her eyes, assuming that the Mulian man would have the same fate as the previous frail woman. In truth, she didn’t exactly want to see that sight again. After a few moments, she let her hands drop to her sides, no sounds of cracking bone filling her ears this time from his direction. This man, whom she had never set eyes on before had spared a Mulian, just like herself. The girls head cocked to the side slightly as this event, not exactly sure whether or not she should take this male as friend or foe. He surely didn’t act out like the Reptilian General had earlier. Edith flinched slightly as Ezra had punched the Reptilian male firmly in the stomach, a soft smirk forming upon her lips as he did so. She couldn’t exactly explain why she had found this act so amusing, especially given the situation her race was in, but the act seemed to put a spring in her step; along with a few of the other Mulians. A few cheers were heard just up the line from her, her glance breaking away from the events before her as she lay her eyes upon the Arena

  15. EdithApophis: The girls small shoeless feet slowly trudged onward towards the Arena, her eyes still locked upon the ship with such odd markings. A soft frown gradually formed just above her brow as she stopped mid step, her right leg slightly raised into the air as she watched the ship descend closer to the ground before her, its hull hovering just above the earths surface. 16. EdithApophis: Edith flinched slightly as Ezra had punched the Reptilian male firmly in the stomach, a soft smirk forming upon her lips as he did so.
  17. EdithApophis: ahead; the echo of jangling chains, cries of excruciating pain and the crack of whips were heard from within. The young girls forehead creased again as her face turned into a frown, her attention snapping back towards the happenings before her as a loud bellowing name was thrust from the Generals lips. Edith stepped out of line a little, her stained locks sticking to her face as she look upon the two males bickering, her hands placed in front of her, the steel chains jangling lightly. A gasp passed her lips as the Reptilian general smashed one of the slaves into a nearby wall, her eyes locking back onto the male to notice his own staring back at her. A fearful expression formed upon her face as the lizard-like form stared back at her. She surveyed her surroundings momentarily before locking her eyes back on the male, her eyes wide as a slight shiver radiated throughout her body. Little did the young Mulian know, but this shiver was nothing but her Quasi-mystical energy activating around her bodies exterior; as if forming out of pure fear to encase her body in a protective layer away from harm. As the General addressed her, his booming voice ricocheting throughout the surrounding areas, she noticed all eyes slowly falling upon her. The girls eyes widened as wide as they could as the Reptilian darted towards her in full sprint, an extremely high pitched scream leaving the girl; the vibrational tones that erupted from her mouth causing a large crack to formed upon the earths surface in front of her before splitting in a bee line headed straight for the General. Overcome with such fear, Edith set off at a run, her eyes clasping firmly shut as she ran in the general direction of the man encased in armour that held the Apep mark-
  18.
  19. EzraelApophis: Glavius' steps charging at her to hear her screams, made him disoriented, as his feet slams down onto the shattered earth, his foot sinking, causing him to lose his footing, his hulking frame slamming to the ground as he shouts. "DAMN IT!" Tripping and falling to the floor, the massive hammer's spherical end slamming onto his back as the electricity courses through the massive reptilian's body. Releasing a powerful roar of immense pain, "AUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" Ezra could only watch in awe, his eyes widening, to see that Glav is heaving wounded, his body no longer moving, as he lays there on the ground, croaking in pain as the hammer rolls off his body, onto the ground. "D-D-Damn…. IT ALL!!!!" He shouts once again, with an immense burst of energy rising to his feet, his skin suffering third degree burns, as his muscles spasm, twitching, barely able to stand. Seeing the small girl run at him to embrace his own leg, while observing Glav's impulsive frustration, the young Ether's arms uncross, his lips smiling in a dark manner for the first time, amused by Glavius being put on his ass by a mere child. The king sets his right hand onto the child's head as a scoff leaves his lips. "Seems this girl over here is giving the 'Dragon Of Dawn' a hard time. You are already in a bad condition, and I didn't even have to lay a finger on you, brute." Glav's teeth grind in immense anger as he grabs his hammer of the ground, to mutter angrily. "That's it, little Ether… I'm going to kill both you and her, say hi to your family for me." Upon mentioning Ez's family, the young king knelt down to the girl, ignoring the brute, reptilian. "Hey you, child. Tell me your name." He spoke with a more soothing, but still dark tone which lingered with comfort. The girl has immense potential, this much is clear. Ezrael finally understood why his father had the desire to enslave such a esoteric race.
  20.
  21. EdithApophis: -The young girls eyes remained closed as she continued to sprint forwards towards the man whom wore the Apep embellished armour, her bound hands raising up to her undeveloped chest as she crashed into the male, her eyes shooting open as her face made contact with his thigh. Her tiny hands gripped onto the fabric of his pants as small crystalline tears trickled down her full cheeks, her ears twitching at the sound of the General Reptilian roaring out in pain. A sort of calming feeling seemed to wash over Edith as the mans hand set upon her head, his fingers curling into her far from pristine locks. She wasn’t exactly sure when she decided that this man was not foe, but actually friend, but it seemed it just worked out this way. Be it fate or what have you, at this moment in time Edith felt the a sense of protection that she had not felt in such a prolonged period of time. Her tears slowly stopped flowing down her cheeks as she turned her head to look upon the Reptilian General that lay upon the ground, her eyes scanning along earth at the large crack that had snaked along its surface to the spot she had once stood just out of line from the other slaves. She blinked slightly before lowering her hands to her sides once more, her attention shifting back to the hulking reptilian that seemed to be in quite bad shape; and at her hand to top it off. Feeling the Male next to her kneel down to her height, she turned her head to look upon his face, mere inches from hers. A soft blush formed upon her cheeks as she looked directly into his golden eyes, the pigments of her eyes seemingly turning from Icy blue to a soft violet, her ears twitching as the male spoke, unsure if she should be speaking the truth to this man or simply formulating a lie for safe measure. She spoke out in a slightly cracked tone of voice, clearly showing that she had not spoken for quite some time. “E-e-edith S-sir”. It seemed just a few words were all that the young girl could manage as she stepped back from the male slightly, the chains around her wrists and ankles somehow unclasped. Without her even knowing, the immense power that she had emitted had somehow matched the vibrational frequencies within the steal chains, causing them to melt away into singed grew dust. She shook out her hands some as she curled her sweat ridden locks behind her elf-like ears, her eyes falling to her shoeless feet as she stood before the man-
  22.
  23. EzraelApophis: Edith, her name rang within his mind as he closes his eyes, standing up to his feet now to finally gaze at Glavius. The disrespect was getting out of hand, and it was finally time Ezrael makes an example of the hulking beast of a brute. Extending his right hand out slowly, as electricity courses around the hand of the king, the electricity having no harmful effect on Edith, it seemed that Ez has the ability to put the shock effect of lightening into dormancy, in other words taming electricity. "Glav, now, now, you are a bit banged up lets not… FIGHT!" A burst of energy released from Ez fires like neurons in the brain, when experiencing death. Pointing his hand directly at the hulking frame of Glav, within the blink of an eye the lightening fires forward, extending in length from his hand like a lazer sword of some sort. The lightening pierces the body of the reptilian, shocking once again, as it enters his shoulder and exits from his back, Ez running a continuous stream of electrical energy from his hand into the shoulder of Glavius all the way from where he stands. "Kneel, or I will get this girl to kill you… I'm sure she'd like that seeing as you chose her as some sort of sex puppet." A sinister smirk now moving along the lips of Ezra as Glavius did as commanded. "Good." Ez mutters, as the only thing the reptilian could do is groan in pain, his eyes shutting, as a heavy pant leaves his scaly lips. "MY KING FORGIVE MEEEEEE!" Once the general crumbled before the will of his rightful king, so did every reptilian within the vicinity, all of the kneeling down at the sight of Ezra punishing the general. "Now, if another one of these beings is killed on Vulok soil, I will personally kill the reptilian who did it, you get the slaves, feed them, and auction them accordingly." He spoke with such calmness as Glav could only nod and grunt in pain. "As for Edith here… She's coming with me, seeing it as she whipped your sorry ass Glav, I should have a the child take your place, but seeing it as you are from my childhood past…" The bright electrical beam intersperses into small little spheres the size of marbles, scatting and fading away with the sound of small electrical wisps. The reptilian guards, suddenly upon themselves take the Dawn banner on each house down, to raise up the Apep banner, already following suit and knowing this is what was supposed to be done from the start. "Get to business…. Glav, before I change my mind and kill you." He spoke as if it were a small task, and in reality it truly was, extending his hand out to take Edith's own as he paces forward to his ship which slowly descends upon the scene, Ez mutters. "Edith, I'm Ezra… it's truly a pleasure to that you assisted me with reasserting my rule in these parts, would you like to come with me?" He asks, looking forward as they walk, without even peering down at her facial expression. Glav holding his bloody shoulder, to rise and limp away in shame.
