"82% of users recorded as making 'sexist' comments were outperforming the female test by the kdr metric.
Overall # of comments made positive, negative, and neutral declined as kdr increased.
91% of the cases of sexism could be classified as 'a positive sexist' a strange phenomenon in which the test experienced sexism but also an unusual number of positive comments were made in the same game.
83% of those the tests encountered that made sexist comments were above rank 25 in Halo 3 (on a 1-50 scale)
11/19 of the users treating the tests negatively were performing relatively well (+kdr).
The female test had a 14% lower kdr, suggesting either bias or poor experimental design.
Also, if anyone is interested in reviewing my analysis is contributing to it as an ongoing project let me know. I will make the .csv available to them.
This 'study' is starting to look like a conjob, with performance categorically in favor of the male test. It seems the experimenter has distributed small performance advantages into as many categories as possible in order to shift the overall results of the experiment. Most notably the male test won 63% more games then the female test.

Initially when I heard about this study I wasn't all that surprised by the ultimate results. The central claim by the experimenters Michael M. Kasumovic, and Jeffrey H. Kuznekof being;
"poorer performance (fewer kills and more deaths) resulted in more negative statements specifically in the female-voiced manipulation. We thus argue that our results best support an evolutionary explanation of female-directed aggression. Low-status males that have the most to lose due to a hierarchical reconfiguration are responding to the threat female competitors pose."
Specifically Kasumovic, and Kuznekof surmised that poorer performance by the female manipulation would result in more negative comments from all players but in particular players with low max skill levels (quantified by Halo 3's native algorithms) would be far more negative to the manipulation as they would have the 'most to lose due to hierarchical reconfiguration."
My initial approach to reviewing this data was to integrate previous conclusions with additional descriptive methods. First and foremost, by incorporation kill death ratios(KDR) for the manipulation and the focal player (the player for which comments were to be recorded referred to as 'Treatment' on the data). In my opinion, KDR is a far better descriptive model for trying to understand the effect of female players on male hierarchical reconfiguration as Max Skill by Halo 3's metric is far more abstract. Within the environment of the game players are not immediately aware of each others Max Skill as apposed to KDR which is a widely recognized local quantifier in first person shooters. In addition to KDR, calculations were done for the Win/Loss ratio of the female and male manipulations separately, average KDR of the separate manipulations, and positive/negative/neutral comments for games specifically won and lost and games where the manipulation did relatively well or poorly.
Shortly into performing the calculations for the new metrics a pattern emerged. Categorically the male manipulation outperformed the female manipulation. The male achieved 3% greater kills per game on average while sustaining 12% less deaths per game. The male manipulation had a 16% greater overall kdr (totalkills/totaldeaths) and a 30% greater average kdr. Most notably, the male manipulation had a 63% greater win/loss ratio then the female manipulation.
These systematic advantages are inarguably fatal to the conclusions of the experimenters. In order to form any valuable model of how female gamers are received into an existing hierarchy of male gamers it is imperative to have reliable controls. In this circumstance, all that can be responsibly concluded is female gamers who perform consistently poorly will receive more negative comments then a male counterpart who performs consistently better. Although the originally conclusions are entirely invalidated by the revelations I intend to continue working with the experimental data, valuable insights into the differences between male/female gaming experiences are still possible."
