Current Status: Engineers are investigating a portion of capacity that facilitates connectivity to Macintosh Outlook clients which is in a degraded state.

Customer Impact: Affected customers may experience intermittent connectivity to Exchange Online services when connecting with the Macintosh Outlook client. This is not affecting Windows Outlook clients.

Workaround: As a workaround, customers may be able to connect to email via Outlook Web App (OWA).
