  17. GENERAL DISPOSITIONS

  19. Article 1º -- Any fraud and hiding, any procedure that is made under bad faith in the relations of those obligated to pay taxes, will be denounced to the respective Administration of Treasury and Credit, that once has reviewed the evidence and circumstances that following the fact, will request the application of the penalties established, and the resulting condemnation will declare guilty and unworthy to continue business, and will send their names and their crimes to all publications.

  21. Article 2º -- Any question in the office, capacity, size and weight calculation, or any other discrepancy between the interested and the Administration shall be resolved by the respective Administration and Credit.

  23. Article 3º -- The provisions of this title shall take effect from the 1st of January 1854 and will revoke all previous provisions to the contrary, especially the decree of October 3, 1852.

  41. Article º1 – Declare valid all Laws and dispositions sanctioned by the HONORABLE GENERAL CONSTITUTENT CONGRESS OF THE ARGENTINE CONFEDERATION before the sanctioning of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

  43. Article º2 – As the first disposition of this HONORABLE CONGRESS, declare the Laws mentioned in Article 1 as Law Nº 1 and 2; and register them under these numbers.
