  1. This is William from Taco Nation and I wanted to directly contact all of you and apologise for what has happened. The last few weeks have been quite a stressful time and I personally felt very bad that we were not providing the service you have come to expect from TN.

  5. In my efforts to fix the situation I began discussions with 2 GSPs, one of which was Cloudcube. In order for them to be able to determine what would be needed to assist us, I needed to give them a better understanding of TN as a company, however Cloudcube needed more specific and detailed information about TN. I foolishly trusted and believed that Cloudcube would hold this information in ethical confidence; however this is not what happened as I am sure you have heard. When I gave this access to Cloudcube, I did not mention this was done to Wade, so only I had any knowledge this had occurred.

  9. Once I became aware of what was going on and that Cloudcube had sent out this email I informed Wade of what I had done. In the meantime, I can see how the fellow staff of TN did not know how Cloudcube came by this information, hence what came off as a “not honest” response at first. My apologies to all of you for what has happened, my only hope here was to make sure you all received the service you deserved and we believe we have found the answer for this.

  13. As mentioned earlier, there were 2 GSPs, the other was Primary Target. Before Cloudcube sent the email, we had already executed an agreement with Primary Target to take over the management of Taco Nation. Primary Target is the right choice to provide these services to you. PT has been operating since 2005, they have a huge amount of experience and a very strong presence in Australia with several support staff located here. Also adding to PT's credibility, they are an EA RSP, this is a very short list that only the top GSPs worldwide are permitted to be a part of. This also means they offer many big-title games that we do not, such as the Battlefield series.

We believe that the people at PT are more like us in being more concerned about the customers than just making another dollar and sometimes that means doing not just what is normally required, but going the extra mile to give you what you need with a service. You may have seen some of the PT guys getting involved so far. They have been instrumental in getting all the services restored, which has been completed successfully. They will be over the next few months implementing some changes to make the internal systems of TN more stable and more heavily protected. You will be kept posted on this as it progresses.

In closing I do want to again express my apologies to all of you for what has happened and I do also want to let you know this is my last act with TN, but I felt it was necessary to have everyone online within a reasonable time. Wade will be staying on to help, however this is the end of the road for me.
