I did notice. But I don't personally think it requires the two of you do so. Fierey did raid CDs, Seth did timers and you called when to kill adds. I'm looking for ways to kill the boss and you're trying to justify your raid spot. I know raid leading is needed, I never said it wasn't. I never even said to drop 2 melee to bring in 2 more ranged. I said that we can bring in another ranged especially when we have 2 on the bench. 1 of the ways in which would make it easier to kill the boss is an extra ranged. Ranged are better inside, better inside. I think its just silly that we got 2 raid officers/raid leaders that play melee but w/e. If you justify the raid spot by the fact you call random things out during encounters then....

I know you're the raid leader and your get my respect for doing so, you will not however get my respect when we wipe to mechanics that we shouldn't to. You amongst others were well and truly placing/waiting til last second to run out with dooms and effectively causing wipes as people go inside early but you continuously did it.
