Story

The story begins in 1692, during the Salem witch trials, when five families from the Ipswich Colony of Massachusetts formed a covenant of silence that would forever protect their families and their remarkable powers from the witch-hunters.


Flash forward to the new millennium and the five families of Ipswich are now doing their best to lead very normal lives. Each family, has either come together to have children, and pass on their legacy, or they now lay scattered along the Northern continent. Bound by their sacred ancestry and sworn to silence, these families share a secret so remarkable that it has served to protect their families for hundreds of years; they possess "The Power", a source of nearly limitless mystical abilities that drains their life force if it is used excessively.


For the roleplay The Bishop family, resides in a small town, in Northern Minnesota, they steadily push through their lives as any normal American family. Their eldest daughter attends a private academy, and they run a small bar that seems to hold it's own sense of mystique and cause it's own form of attraction.


They accept anyone, any form of creature and are aware that others do exist, how could they not right? It wouldn't make any sense that if in one light human's could bring their own magical formations to light, that others wouldn't be able to change or develop on their own accord.


Where the Damnation team understands that this is your world to create, we do ask that some discretion is taken into consideration. Time, place, and location for everything.


Warning: Where we do love the thrill of a great story, with plenty of drama to boot. We need to remember to turn it off, past the character screen. The Damnation team will not tolerate any form of drama via an ooc level.
