9. a) Tiffany is a half black half white 20 year old female who is looking for an apartment. She hires a realtor to show her some prices for apartments and tours around Los Santos looking for the perfect apartment. One day the Realtor calls her, explaining how he found a nice affordable apartment at Temple Apartments and asks her to meet the landlord(s). Tiffany comes by herself the first day and immediately falls in love and rents the place out with the consent of the landlords wife. Two days later, still packing Tiffany brings her interracial daughter Nicky to the apartment and the husband who is predominantly black, helps her unpack. A few hours late the landlord, Frank comes home and comes to welcome to new tenants, after seeing the couple he tells them to leave immediately since ''their kind isn't welcome'' and to leave and never come back.
