 Your ISP appears to rate limit your nntp downloads. In our tests, downloads using control flows achieved up to 5591 Kbps while downloads using nntp achieved up to 2628 Kbps.

 There is no indication that your ISP rate limits downloads on port 56996 or 39954. In our tests, downloads on port 56996 achieved up to 2628 Kbps while downloads on port 39954 achieved up to 3431 Kbps.
