  1. Project Limestone, from what you can gather after translating it from Japanese, appears to be a multi-step plan on the part of MCT to set up mining operations in Puyallup.
  2.
  3. Their plan appears to be to use the Redmond Restoration Act to set up a number of housing projects in Redmond to revitalise the area. These housing projects, however, seem to be a guise to allow MCT to acquire land use permits in Redmond, which they have done, and to apply for and declare extraterritoriality, which they have also already done.
  4.
  5. Now that extraterritoriality has been declared, their plan is to move in huge amounts of mining resources to Redmond. They have had these on standby ready to move into Seattle since they ceased operations in Tsimshian some time ago. They want to move these resources into Puyallup, but moving them into Redmond at least gets them into Seattle and thus gets a foot in the door.
  6.
  7. They will use the mining operations in Redmond to show how much money can be made from it, which will of course be used to boost Seattle's economy. They will also make it clear that they will have to dump a great deal of waste across the border into the Salish-Shidhe Council, which could very well cause an international incident.
  8.
  9. Between the profit to be made from the mining operation, the political dangers of allowing MCT to mine in Redmond, and the fact that they are already in Seattle, MCT believes the Metroplex Government will be easily pressured into allowing them to move the mines to their intended location: Puyallup.
