[23:37] talkingtree: i've seen a couple other tiers doing "what's their last" for teams - 5 mons are posted and then people nominate potential last pokemon and then everyone votes on what they think the best nom was
[23:37] talkingtree: and then the person whose team it was says what the last actually was and explains their choice
[23:38] talkingtree: anyone can submit teams for use and it gets people thinking more about teambuilding and filling in holes - plus they could use our roles compendium to help figure out what needs to be filled
