This is how we work things, I highly suggest reading this.
Spam // Mute for first & second warning / Third is a kick
Hacking // Must have proof report to higher staff
Advertising // Ban
We don't allow staff to "trick" ban by asking for a server IP.
We don't allow staff drama.
When a player asks a question, I expect the question to be answered without any questions.
We are also going to be having a nickname requirement.
Try to have an professinal additude when answering // chatting with the players.
Staff is now required to check the forums. Any important threads report them to Logic /  KEWL_AID.
We do not allow staff to vouch on the applications. (please message Logic for your rank on forums)
If you do "abuse" Your power you will be DEMOTED + 2 Day ban. I do check the logs about everyday.
So Don't think you'll get away with it.
I don't put up with any bull shit. Nor do I accept liers. If you lie. You'll automaticly be demoted.

If you follow all theses your chances of being demoted is very low.
