- So to sum up the stream:
- 1) Create lists of sites that you can talk about GamerGate on and share.
- 2) Use those sites to share information and work with one another.
- 3) Pursue the things that interest you and use your talents in the best way possible.
- 4) Make videos, make infographs, make images and art.
- 5) Utilize social media to its fullest effect: Favorite, Retweet, Like, Thumbs up posts that share information.
- 6) Support the devs and journos that come out with information. Talk with them, don't let them feel alone, they are in a tough spot and need support.
- 7) Direct those who want to come out and share information about corruption to those that can help like @Archon or @thenichegamer or @nero
- 8) If you have a talent at making videos and a good voice try and create daily summaries with traffic reports for various sites so people know what's happening.
- 9) Use sites with repositories of info like EncyclopediaDramatica or KnowYourMeme to help create infographs or videos with background info.
- 10) Write emails and letters to advertisers of the sites that are acting unethically.
- 11) Ask for official positions from companies that signed that Developer/Journo letter that the Google journalist group manufactured what their stance is on employees colluding with corrupt journalists.
- 12) Talk to people in law and journalism and ask them ethics questions, use their answers to shame these sites for their behavior.
- 13) Investigate all social media accounts of the people involved for instances of unethical behavior or for new information and leads.
- 14) Explore every possibility.
- Remember they've already thrown everything they can at us and it hasn't stopped anything. Their black PR tactics have failed. The harder we push, the further this goes the sooner we get some real justice.
