Don Pecos runs a protection racket based upon his stable full of tornadoes. Unlike most protection rackets, he actually DOES protect people who pay him from harm, using his tamed twisters to take care of the hoodlums what torment people who pay him.

Don Pecos is the meanest, leanest, strongest cowpoke this side of the Pecos River. Always looking for a new test of his skill, he's wandered from coast to coast for years. Just don't try to screw him- he doesn't take kindly to being cheated.
