Dear Sir/Ma'am

My sons Steam account was hijacked today and his Team Fortress 2 items were stolen. I hope you can
help me. I am a steam customer with four household steam accounts spending thousands on Steam and
Valve games.

This morning before school my son, Justin age 11, was playing COD MW2. He was playing with
“steam friends” that he had played with for a few weeks. My son states Steam ID: szuzi_mw2 talked
him into giving him/her his password for his steam account so that he/she could give him some TF2
items while he was at school.

They first tried to get him to download a “Great TF2 item manager” from a warez site which was
stopped and logged by my Norton AV as a trojan. When that failed they phished his password from
him.

My son states he was skeptical until Steam ID: 23asd43 vouched for szuzi_mw2, convincing my son
that this was an honest individual and had done the same for him. (Ignoring all previous warnings from
his parents that NONE of these people are his friends) He agreed to share his password. His password
was changed as soon as he told me about this, which was this evening and well after the damage had
been done. He has since been punished from being allowed to use his account for the next few months.

At approximately 07:43 EST, one or the other individual logged into my sons Steam account (should be
verifiable by matching ip address with their usual log in and from w

There was also a failed attempt to purchase gift wrap that was recorded in my sons account at that time. Fortunately, my credit card was not on file. You can see the thieves used two of his refined metals to trade for the gift wrap to steal the Rift Set after the failed purchase attempt.

As you can see... much of my sons stolen items are being held there. I found it by tracing the mask on tf2items.com This includes the Green Energy Pyromancer's Mask he named “Cubone's Rotting Remains” after I gave it to him. You will also see his missing Rift Set wrapped with the Gift Wrap traded for his missing two refined and says gift from (ttgk) A Deadly Dog. You can see his other two refined and the rest of his missing hats added to the backpack minus the dueling mini-games.

When my son noticed the theft, he tried contacting both szuzi_mw2 and 23asd43. As coincidence would have it... one blocked communication, one ignored communication, and they both removed my son from their friends list as of today.

Please do not let these individuals get away with this violation of my son. I am sure my son is not their first victim and while fault also lays with my son, this shouldn't be allowed to go unpunished. In addition, if my sons items can be returned , we would be extremely grateful.
