- 7. What are my irrational hopes
- (things do you wish would go away/get better, expressed as hopes.
- Things you wish would happen, but you don't know if they will.
- 8. Where do i direct my anger and fear and hatred
- (internally? externally? how do you express it? how do you deal with it?)
- 9. What is my opinion on the cause of my problems and what to do
- (start with your mental health, work towards your social, and end up on the economic.
- Describe first what you think the problem is, second what the cause is, and third what to do about it.
- try to be rational and verbose and dedicate separate paragraphs to each).
- 10. What is my relationship with those around me like
- (start with those you live with, followed by family, then friends, then coworkers.
- Cover both how they treat you and what you think they think of you.)
- 11. What are some misunderstandings about me to clear up
- (cover everything you think of that your family chronically gets wrong, all the time.)
