  11. Ireland will be a free nation in all ways save having the British Monarch as titular head of state, but with no political power

  15. To ensure the destruction of germany as a political and military force in europe this plan calls for several things.

  17. Firstly germany as a unified state as it existed in 1914 will not exist.

  19. France will gain Alsace, Lorraine, and the rhineland south of Koblenz, with the west border at Frankfort, as well as Baden, Wittenburg, Palatinate, and whichever one Darmstadt is in, and Krupp

  21. Belgium will gain the rough rectangle formed by their 1914 borders, Koblenz and Cologne, as well as the Asian Colomies of germany

  23. The Netherlands will gain the provinces of Westphalia, Oldesburg, and Lippe

  33. Germany shall then consist of Bavaria, Prussia between the Elbe and Oder, Mecklenburg, Brandenburg, with the capital in Bonn, which shall be under the control of the League of Nations

  38. The german military shall cease to exist. Germany's defence will be provided by a force delegated by the league of nations, identified by bright orange headgear.

  40. Vehicled belonging to this force shall be identified by an orange circle with a white 5 pointed star inside.

  42. The Kaiserlichesmareine shall be given to England and France who shall dispose of it as they see fit. The new German martime force shall consist of a coastal customs and rescue service with the largest possible displacement of 1500 tons. The maximum armament shall be defined as firing a non-explosive projectile weighing no more than 50 grams, or an explosive projectile with no more than 20 grams of explosives, this restriction being applied to any and all weapons on the vessel.

  44. The Heer shall be dissolved. Any germans wanting to enlist in the military will be directed to the French Foreign Legion, or other similar units.

To keep the peace the germans shall be allowed to establish a gendarmie, under the supervision of the LON, which shall posses only small arms. for the purposes of this document small arms are defined as those weapons made for use of a single person, including and limited to rifles and carbines, both self loading and manually operated, pistols, both self loading and manually operated, and shotguns, both self loading and manually operated, which fire a caliber no larger than 12.7mm/.5 inch for rifles and pistol cartriges, and 5cm/2in for shotgun shells. The Gendarmie shall not possess armored vehicles, and must obtain all its arms from foreign sources.

  50. The german arms industry, what little of will remain in germany due to border changes, shall be for export only. International observers will ensure that all arms produced in germany leave the country and do not re-enter. The arms industry is subject to the same limitations as the German Gendarmie, but these apply to the arms it can produce rather than what it can obtain.

  52. The german general staff shall be tried for breaches of the Hague convention, and the officer corps shall instruct at foreign military academies, or retire to peaceful persuits.

  57. The terms of this document will be enforced by a joint unit of Anglo-Americo-French officers, chosen for their honesty and integrity. If there is found to be a breach of these terms then those found in breach will be tried before Courts-Martial and if found guilty will be helped to find a foreign country to live quietly in. If this is mpossible they will be sent to the French Foreign Legion, or a similar unit from a different country.

If there is found to be wide scale systemic breach of the terms of this document then the nation found in breach will be forced to pay Ninety-Nine Million, Nine Hundred Ninety Nine thousand, Ninety Nine grams of Gold to the plaintiff. If the nation breaching is germany the gold split evenly between The United Kingdom, France, and The United States for every clause of the treaty broken. This is only payable in physical bullion, with a deviation of no more than one gram per kilo.

  63. If this document is not accepted by germany there will be an immediate resumption of hostilities, with the intent to force an unconditional surrender.

  67. Germans living outside Germany after the territorial shifts shall be given equal rights as any other citizen of their new nation.

  71. The right to freedom of religion, language, press, peaceful assembly, and legal recourse,
  72. The right to be free from unreasonable search and seizure,
  73. The right to habeus corpus,
  74. The right to a fair, speedy, and public trial,
  75. The right to freedom from excessive fines or creul and unusual punishment,
  76. The right to life, liberty, and safety of their person,
  77. The right to be free from any slavery or forced labour,
  78. The right to be free from torture,
  79. The right to legal redress of greviances,
  80. These rights are inalienable save in those situations where such rights would be demied to any other citizen of the relevant country.
