** Interesting strings in Casio Prizm translation, OS 1.03, compiled by gbl08ma **

812 - Probably a leftover from the fx9860 models with backlight (like with the SD card strings, a leftover from the SD models)

1792 - I find it interesting but probably it has no mystery associated with it.

1848 - "MassStorage" (probably debug)

1871 - "USB Flash"

1879 - "Alkaline batteries"

1880 - "Ni-MH"

1881 - "Chargeable batteries" (!!)

1882 - "Manganese batteries" (!!)

That, and there's an F-key icon for manganese batteries, like there is for Alkanine and Ni-MH, probably used in an earlier/debug version of the OS. And there's also a "Charge" icon. "Alk" is icon 04C4, "NiMH" is 04C5, "Charge" is 04C6 and "Mang" is 04C7.

1886 - "Recommended types" (these may be the only types that are left in the settings menu for the battery type...)
