- Why should we choose you?: I've been a member of staff in multiple different communities and this includes server moderation, server maintenance, and staff moderation. Despite my past in this community I am not the person you think I am and I see myself a kind friendly person. I treat you as you treat me.

I have also been an admin here for a few months as a Full Admin.

Admin Scenario-based Questions:
You return to your computer to hear somebody complaining about another person who was being despicably racist while you were gone.
First off, since I was gone and didn't see the incident unfold then this is a "he said what" situation. I would ask the accuser to provide evidence e.g chat messages or unlikely a voice recording, if this person fails to comply with my request then I will drop this complaint then continue to monitor the server to see if the accused does indeed prove to commit the crime. In the case that the accused persists to be "despicably racist" then I will respond to it with no warning and zero tolerance, he will be banned with accordance of the severity of the offence; in most cases it will be a couple of days.

Somebody joins playing extremely loud music.
What would you do?: I would ask the player to conclude his musical performance via chat warning him of the consequences. In the case he decides it'll be funny to continue despite what I said he will be voice muted for a period of time that seems fit of his attitude and apologetic efforts.
*The next day, another person on the server is telling the same person to spam again, which they proceed to do.*
What would you do in this scenario?: ​I would tell the person provoking him to quiet down, muting him if it's necessary. Furthermore, if the one man band flares up again he will be muted instantly, this is because he has been warned about the rules and what happens if they're broken; the mute time will be based on the one before.

You see somebody who you believe may be using hacks to further his Bunny Hop abilities, it is just you, the potential hacker, and a few regulars on the servers.
With specifics, what would you do​​?: I would most likely spectate him acting like I'm impressed with his Bunny Hop skills in hope that me spectating him doesn't arise any suspicion, I might record him if I cannot determine right away if he's hacking or not. If it is blatant, for instance, if he is using a W-Only or Sideways hacks it's pretty obvious by watching it as he may be spinning at degrees with acute accuracy or they will just appear to be doing it normally; if this is the situation he will be banned permanently and any time he may of gotten will be removed.

What might you do now?: If the admin is familiar with how Bunny Hop and strafing works I will ask for their second opinion on the matter and come to a verdict together.

What might you do, ​​before intervening?: If in the case my name is that, I know that it's not a very common name and someone who may be using might like it or may be using it to impersonate me for any reason. If I know anyone on the server I would ask them in private chat what they might have been doing on the server.
What might you do if after doing what you did in part i), you discover they are impersonating you?: I will strictly tell them to change their name or suffer the consequences, if they comply they have been warned if not they will be banned. Additionally, if the next day they're at it again then the punishment will be indeed harsher.
