I have an announcement to make.

As leader of AtomicPK, it is my unhappy responsibility to inform the alliance that my FC has just passed a leadership vote to leave Wilderness Empire. This may come as a surprise to many, given that our leaders and members have taken a fairly active role in the alliance since the beginning, so please allow me a moment to explain the reasoning behind this decision.

My FC has always been combative, and my members don't just enjoy combat, they seek it - for some time they've found my our place in Empire difficult, given that our warlike nature is somewhat unique in our alliance. I did try to find a positive outlet, by adopting crashloot/PvP mode of operation, from our previously aggressive looting approach, and by offering to run as an anti-crash team for Empire, but there has been little interest and I've not been able to give my members much to keep them content. The recent loss of Dang344, and Carrhae's decision to stand back from warleading, has meant we struggle both during waves, and after waves, to find a solid battle.

AtomicPK's star ranks gave me a very firm mandate to conduct negotiations with another alliance, who have now offered us a temporary place there, with a chance to impress for a more permanent membership. Following this strong sentiment from my ranks, and a vote by Atomic's leadership, we have decided to accept the offer, and from next wave on will not be in alliance with Wilderness Empire.

I personally have put a lot of my heart into Empire, so I won't see us leave in any other way than amicably - we have not been engaging in leaking, we haven't put leaks into any allied FC and we will not be engaging in any kind of underhanded practice. I'll remove all of Atomic's members from both this and the host chat, and then leave myself. We'll vacate the Empire TeamSpeak, and leave the in-game group. Some of you may have Atomic members added in your FCs. Please remove these - if you send me a message, I can confirm whether a specific individual is, or is not, added in my FC. We will engage Empire FCs when we meet, however, and I hope to be engaged in turn.

I'll now remove my FC's members from this chat, and then I want to say something for myself individually.
