  1. The UPM team is trying really hard to release one plugin that works in four products. Guess what – it's hard. We have three significant dependencies, but our dependency matrix has become complicated. We've had to make modifications both to SAL and PLUG, and we're now waiting for our target products to catch up.

  3. We've been thrashing in a dependency hell of our own making for an iteration now, and I thought perhaps I'd post this blog in the hopes that someone has a better idea of how to deal with this. We need to push PLUG and SAL forward, but every time we do so it incurs a ton of waiting for the products.

  5. We've talked about it, and we're not sure that Don's Platform Proposal will actually help our situation here. (Am I wrong? Will it?)
