4. Tell us about yourself:
Hi there, I'm Mako and i'm from The Netherlands (Holland). I studying to become a cop in The Netherlands, i'm in my second year know. The study is HTV-P if you want more info about just ask it. I've got Arma 3 since the release and played Stratis Life and Atlis Life since the summer 2013. I've played on this server now since 7th october as a cop and I still really enjoy it. Before that I also had already got some experience for being a cop at Arma 3 Stratis/Altis life on diffrent servers. I'm running with a friend of my now a Dutch Realism Unit on Arma 3 with mods. We have got somewhere around the 40 members on it, so its running pretty good. But for now same as I did at the police, my focus is on this server most of the time in the week. For now, if you guys got some more questions about, feel free to ask. Also I know already a lot of people from the server ofcourse so they know me and I just love to Roleplay in any situation. 5. How long have you played Altis Life RPG?
I've started to play Stratis Life since the release of Arma 3. So for Altis life I guess somewhere when the Beta version with Altis was there. I guess October 2013. My hours on Arma 3 our now 976 hours and I think 70% of them are for Altis Life. I've played on many diffrent servers also as being a cop ofcourse.

6. Have you previously played as either a cop or medic in Altis Life RPG?
Yes, first in Oct 7th 2014 for a cop at the now called RPU, but in that time State Troopers. I was a Sergeant Major. I had a break in december 2014 and returned in januari 2015 at the RPU ofcourse.

7. How long have you played on our server and why?
I've played on this server since the day I joined the Police, so in October 2014. I play on it because the community is actually so good organised. They listen if you've got problems with something. After those months playing on the server I noticed that it doesn't matter witch kind of unit or civillian you are, you always feel in contact with the whole community.

8. Tell us about your experiences with ArmA 3:
Well, it all started when the release came out. Before there I was playing Arma 2, so thats why I knew about Arma 3 ofcourse, and because of some video's on youtube. Lets start from the begin. On Arma 3 Alpha i've played a lot Coop gamemodes like Domination or annex and invade. Later I started playing Stratis Life as a civillian. Never played it before so it was since the beginning already awesome. Later on played as a cop, back in stratis you did not had to get whitelisted. When the Beta with Altis came out i've played so much Altis Life because it was so much bigger. Since that moment till now I actually never stopped playing it, ofcourse sometimes a break but thats it.  And like I said before, my Arma 3 hours our 976 hours in almost 2 years (May 2015).

9. Why do you want to join NATO?
I Would like to join NATO because I wanted to have a whole new experience on the GTA server. Then NATO came out, first I wanted to know some more information about before joining it. But I've made my discision. I love the tactical situations I saw and heard, and i'm curious what diffrent discipline and tactics you guys have as compared to my dutch realism unit. I have made a schedule on the realism unit that I'm running, thats why you guys do not need to worry about my activity at the NATO, because also as a cop it work out fine. I have an Realism Unit up and running and thats ofcourse about playing with an army. I also want to join NATO because I want to catch those bad criminals with drugs and the streets of Kavala can use some good hands and I really want to be part of that! I want to find out the diffrent qua roleplay because that is one of the most things I love in Altis Life ofcourse. I just want to explore being in a task force inside a Altis Life roleplay server, and this server is actually the first one I ever saw with a task force like NATO. So I can't wait to feel the new experience as a NATO instead of a police officer. I also know some of the NATO members already (you can't miss them on the field since oct :P) and i've played as a cop with most of the NATO back in the american cops days. I've also talked to a few NATO members how they experienced it and thats a big reason to try it out!

10. What are your in game strengths?
Making tactical decisions in each situation.
The map itself.
Most of the Altis Life GTA locations. (like drugdealer or processings)
Flying.
Driving.
Roleplay.
Shooting from close combat.
Shooting from a medium distance.
Discipline, respect and following orders.

11. What are your in game weaknesses?
Maybe giving to much discounts as a cop (because I respect there roleplay).


12. Why should we recruit you?
I want to help NATO and share my experiences with them. I want to let you guys see what i've got. I'm willing to learn whatever you guys want me to learn. I know how to handle roleplay situations. I've got like I said before enough hours of Arma 3 to help you guys as being a NATO.

13. Do you work well with a team?
Yes, as a cop there was always teamwork and thats what I actually love about Arma. I run a realism unit by myself with a friend of mine so we learn new guys a lot about teamwork and ofcourse as a squadleader quite experienced. So yes I work well with a team.

14. How do you cope in a high intensity situation?
In a high intensity situation I make sure that I will stay in contact with my colleagues about the situation. I will always stay cool about decisions. I never rage about things because you need your head to concentrate on more importend situations like high intensity situations. I never react like a stressfull person because you need to be clear about your actions. The importend thing to do is to stay in contact and keep updating the situation to your colleagues. MAke sure you try not to make mistakes ofcourse.

15. How familiar are you with ArmA 3 weaponry and vehicles?
Since the beginning i've worked with both of them when playing domination or annex and invade. With the virtual ammobox most of the time but now since the arsenal came out I prefer using that one whenever available. About the vehicles every time I play Arma 3 I use one.
