  9. The New York Blood Center continues to violate New York City public accommodation law and Title IX of the 1972 education amendment by pushing blood drives on City University of New York campuses.  They have said publicly "We don't take gay blood"

  11. This paradigm robs LGBTQ youth of any safety and meaningful community on a college campus. The New York Blood Center are shameful leeches that profit in the millions from the blood of youth and refuse to help change the law in a meaningful manner.

  13. The New York Blood Center also keeps a list of known homosexuals who are never allowed to give blood.
