I keybind all of my abilities, all my defensive and offensive abilities are bound into my 1-6 keys through a shift/ctrl/alt mod macros. I still keep them on my bar because I hate empty bars (a peeve or OCD lol).

Are you involved in any theory crafting community?[/color] I'm not involved in the Theorycrafting community, however I do lurk many different theorycrafting threads such as EJ, MMO-C and IV threads. I do SimC my own toon for maximum optimization.

    [color=#FFFF00]Raiding history and past guilds:[/color] Ran my own guild in Firelands back as a more casual scene, joined a Heroic (the same one I'm in now) when DS launched. I've stuck with it for the last 3 years; watched it grow from a small 10 man to a 25 man in MoP.

    [color=#FFFF00]Reason(s) for leaving current guild:[/color] Like I've said in the previous post, I've been with my current guild for 3 years and have been through a lot. I have been an officer since the beginning of ToT and helped rebuild the raid time about 3 times now after a handful of departures. I want to pursue a higher goal in a guild, one that can clear a Mythic tier within the given time that it's out, not because it's been out for almost a year like SoO. I've grown tired of pulling a boss over 200 times to people still not understanding how certain abilities or mechanics still work; especially on farm. I'm looking for a guild with like minded people that strive for playing to their classes potential and maximize their performance in a raid setting.

    [color=#FFFF00]Progression raiding time is from Tuesday-Thursday 5-9pm PST (GMT -8) with clean up on Monday. Are you able to make these times and bring your best game face?:[/color] More or less the same times as now, so yes.

    [color=#FFFF00]What is more important, personal loot, personal DPS/HPS, progression kills, or WoL Ranks?:[/color] Definitely progression; everything else is secondary and comes with it. Loot is a cushion. Yes it's nice to get shinnies, but in the end all it does is ease and speed up kills as the raid ilvl increases. As for DPS, I go out of my way to output the highest possible DPS I can while executing mechanics; I've raided with people that can only do either DPS or mechanics, I don't believe in that and strive to do both. Don't get me wrong, I don't tunnel and ignore mechanics, I still single target the respective Paragon, I still switch to Desecrated Weapons, I still single target the shaman on Galakras.

As for rankings, I strive to rank but it's difficult on certain progression fights that give you the ability to cheese, Paragons is a good example. A Ret paladin gains nothing cleaving the Paragons, but most high rankings are based around AoEing the hell out of them. It being the end of the Tier, I have been pushing for rankings on a lot of kills because SoO has become a Legacy raid. The only thing that keeps us coming back is selling runs and rankings as a source of entertainment.
