My reward for a $10 Amazon gift card was cancelled recently. I am not sure why for I have been following the ToS very strictly, each person in my house has one account. Because of this you actions are in violation of the United States Fair Business Practice laws.  I would be happy to provide you with valid government issued ID but am reluctant due the Perk's lack of security (passwords are often visible in URLs) and would be scared as to what may happen with sensitive documents. I hope this can be resolved outside of a Federal Court.
