"You clearly can't be trusted by yourself right now without pickling yourself. So you're comin with me for the time bein." You start heading up the stairs to get to the Gate that cycles through the lands. Keeping an eye on her on the off chance she decides to try and run.]
[19:14] <Jackson> [You're seriously considering it. But at least you have the secret booze in your sylladex and Pokemon in your bra and you really doubt your reflexes to get away from this guy. "Well I mean it's not like I'm smashed," you protest anyway.]

[19:26] <Jackson> ["Oh," you sort of see why he might think it's an issue, but... maybe you're just a paranoid person! (You kind of are.) "I don't think..." you trail off, the words not coming easily because your brain's all smooshed and sloshing, and go through the Gate.]

You'll be stayin with me, we'll get our Unbreakable Union done, and ya won't be drinkin while it happens. I don't care if it's a habit or whatever. Ya can stand to go off it for a bit."]
[19:32] <Jackson> [Rude! "Fine, okay, whatever," you warble, crossing your arms, all long gangly limbs and pointy elbows. You proceed to pout like a slightly drunken nineteen year old, which is what you are.]
04[19:37] <@Rigel> 07["Ya can learn some copin skills in the mean time that ain't drinkin." You say as you start heading down to the levels you live at. "I'll make up a spare room for ya. And Jackson." You say, very seriously. "If I catch even a hint of ya drinkin, I will follow you around night and day so ya can't do it again. I've got the time and energy t'do it."]
[19:42] <Jackson> [You stare at him. Squint a little bit. Promptly start giggling, your tipsy surliness lost to the image of Rigel ninjaing around, trying to catch you in the act. You can imagine him dramatically leaping out from behind things and it is hilarious.]

[19:54] <Jackson> ["Nosirree. I'm not that dumb, I ate," you follow along a little more slowly, taking in the sights. Might as well get a feel for the place if you're gonna be staying here for awhile.]
04[19:58] <@Rigel> 07[Theres a giant vertical wind tunnel to one side of the staircase down, visible through a glass wall right now. As you get lower, you finally come to where you live. It's pretty simple all things considered. Living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. You've got a bunch of hobby rooms, but you don't go to those first. It's also all fairly clean. You tend to keep things neat on the go, sort of like what you did last night at her place. "If you go a flow below, there'll be rooms there. Just pick one out and claim it."]

It doesn't really matter which one you pick because you end up chucking blankets all over it, flopping onto them, and rolling around. You like to think that you don't act like a cat marking its territory when you do this but if you're being honest with yourself, you totally do. "Welcome to boot camp," you say to
[20:06] <Jackson> yourself, taking the bottle of cheap shitty vodka out of your sylladex, uncapping it, and taking a long pull. You acknowledge that you have just broken Rigel's first and only rule after ten seconds alone. You're literal garbage.]
04[20:09] <@Rigel> 07[You don't bust down the door to check on her or anything (food is more important), but you're expecting something like that happened. You finish making your steak sandwich and sit down at the table, waiting for her to rejoin. You'll talk to her then.]
[20:11] <Jackson> [You stretch out. "That wasn't as dramatic as I was expecting," you hiccup into one of your blankets. Talking to yourself is great. You recaptcha the thing and head back upstairs.]
04[20:13] <@Rigel> 07[You're still eating through your sandwich. Looking up at her as she rejoins you. You swallow your current bite before speaking. "You know." You say as you look her down. "I don't have to be there to know whats going on. Theres time lines where you choke to death on your alcohol, which only would happen if you were drinking." You say straight faced. "Can you atleast try to work on it?"]
[20:16] <Jackson> [Well that's horrifying, but ultimately pretty unhelpful, because there's basically timelines for everything. You hideous disappointment you! You take a seat. "I've tried," you shrug helplessly, pulling your GBA out of your bra.]
04[20:17] <@Rigel> 07[Hey she bought the bluff. "If you really want to try, take out what you've got and pass it over."]
[20:19] <Jackson> [You flick on your GBA, but squint over at him. "Um, I don't think you want me to do that."]
04[20:20] <@Rigel> 07["Nah. I really do. Gonna be better for both of us, cause it means I've got a ton less doomed timelines I gotta deal with cause you were tipsy or full out drunk. I ain't doin this to be mean, but ya gotta want to try and make it work."]
[20:23] <Jackson> ["No, I mean," you realize suddenly that whatever you say will make it seem like you're trying to get out of this so you just let 'er rip. All the alcohol in your sylladex falls out of it. It is a veritable mountain. You are basically holding a warehouse in there. It pretty much fills the room! It's mostly vodka of all kinds, but there's the odd other drink. God, you have a problem.]

You might actually be talking about yourself, and your giggle might actually be filled with deep sorrow of how much you hate this fucking game and your life and everything. But maybe not, because there's a smile on your face and you start helping Rigel stack the bottles in such a way that they are less... everywhere.]
04[20:30] <@Rigel> 07[Well thats something, you think, grinning back. It takes you quite a while, but eventually it's all widgited. You sigh at your sandwich and toss that in too. You're still hungry. "Well, thats step one." You say, washing your hands off in the kitchen to get rid of the stickyness.]
[20:32] <Jackson> ["Yaaaaay," you say with... sort of enthusiasm? Mostly you just flop on the couch, gravitating back to Pokemon like it has an actual physical grip on you. "What's step two?"]
04[20:33] <@Rigel> 07["If somethin's botherin ya, you come talk to me about it instead a takin a drink." You glance at the gameboy. "We'll head out on to the land startin tomorrow."]
[20:37] <Jackson> ["Righto sir." The sir slips off your tongue without you thinking about it. Oops?]
04[20:38] <@Rigel> 07[Raise an eyebrow at her. "Since when have I been 'sir'?" You didn't think you presented yourself as respectable.]
[20:41] <Jackson> ["Uh," you shrug, willing the blush that you feel welling up to go down. "Not a lot of people try to help me and I'm still super tipsy n stuff?" Excuses excuses.]
04[20:46] <@Rigel> 07[If you're honest with yourself, you're as much helping yourself with this as her. But you don't need to say that. "Well, things'd be a lot better in the game if more people tried to help others." Sit down on the couch opposite her. "There somethin more than that though? Ya were pretty keen on cuddlin with me last night." Stop yourself from waggling your eyebrows, but only just.]
[20:53] <Jackson> [You stick your tongue out at him at that. "I'm a cuddly drunk." Time to wiggle your toes absent-mindedly.]
