- It's hump day here in Malton, and we've got a special
- broadcast planned for you! We'll be taking a look back
- through the history of the 5th of November. The very first
- 5th of November was held in 2006 as discussed on Monday's
- broadcast, with a second held the following year in 2007.
- The resulting victory was not well documented, unfortunately.
- In 2008, that the focus was on taking back and holding the
- hospitals of Ridleybank. We can't say for certain how well
- the 5th of Novembers of 2009 to 2011 were, as again there is
- little documentation. The 5th of November of 2012 saw a
- higher number of PKers than usual, and was a short siege,
- only lasting a couple of days. There was no 5th of November
- held during 2013 and 2014. With NecroConnect having been
- created in mid-2015, the 5th of November for 2015 was
- organised there. Initially, there were repair-and-flee
- strikes going into Ridleybank, with the siege on Blackmore
- running from November 19-28. For some light entertainment,
- the Broadway Zombies performed their version of Titanic from
- November 5-8. For 2016, the 5th of November is again being
- organised on NecroConnect, so if you are a survivor, zombie,
- or group on either side, head to http://bit.ly/NCnet and get
- involved!
- http://wiki.urbandead.com/index.php/5th_of_November/2016 is
- where to find details about it on the wiki.
- As always, get in touch with us on 28.00 MHz or via
- Necroconnect at http://bit.ly/NCnet
- Thanks for listening, and stay tuned to 27.55 MHz!
