Subject: [SC] Notice of Promotion

This is a courtesy notice that you have been promoted to Warlord in Sleet Clan, congratulations. Sleet Clan looks forward to having the highest quality HiCOM members and activity in the clan will ensure this. You are required to host a minimum of two (2) trainings a week (Sunday-Saturday) if you are unable to complete your quota you are to contact the department of Officer Efficiency before Wednesday. Please follow up with me about this on TeamSpeak3 right away. Until you contact me on TeamSpeak3 you are not authorized to host any Sleet Clan events.

<00:20:40> "Ajwc": Congratulations on winning the vote, and welcome to Sleet Clan! Now that you are an official member of the SC HiComm, you are given more responsibilities as well as more power. It is necessary to live up to the expectations of both.

Firstly, you will be required, as a Warlord, to host two events each week. This can be a raid or a training. However, you must be approved by the Warfare department to host raids before you do so. Once you progress and become a Minister, you will only be required to do one event. This is called your weekly quota. If you fail to meet it, you will be given a strike. Once you reach two strikes you will be demoted. You remove half a strike each week you meet your quota.
<00:20:49> "Ajwc": If you have made it this far, chances are you have hosted a training before. If you have not done so yet, you can contact our department or the department of progression and we will get you squared away. We are also required to give you an evaluation on your training. If you are about to host a training, contact us and we will be able to set you up with an evaluator.

Now that you are a Warlord you will be able to vote in HiComm meetings. These meetings take place every Sunday at 50 EST unless otherwise noted. Make sure you use your votes wisely and recognize the fact that you help shape Sleet Clan’s future.
<00:20:56> "Ajwc": Likewise, now that you are a high ranking officer you will immediately garner respect from the lower ranks and your peers. Make sure you use this respect wisely, and always reciprocate it to whoever gives it. As corny as it sounds, you are truly a role model for our members.
