And there are other triggers that only the owner and specific nicks he designates can trigger. Those are not listed. Triggers will be added to this list as they are made. All triggers have a timer. They will not work if they are spammed, but the anti-spam measures will occur if you do spam triggers. (These anti-spam measures only work when BillImouto has ops.)
If you believe anything doesn't work or is out of order, poke BilliumMoto or something.
If you have any ideas for other emocons, poke BilliumMoto or something.
If you believe that you can make any trigger better by changing how it is triggered or stuff like that, poke BilliumMoto.
If it is believed that a trigger other than "!" should be used, it will be changed. If it isn't changed, than the owner of this bot sees no reason to do so.
