General Guide
Ursa isn't a team player, he is better chosen when solo queuing, or when your team is going to intentionally feed him kills, being a hard carry Ursa requires a support - babysitter to protect him while he gets his farm. Even if Ursa doesn't get his early farm he can still carry a game if he can farm in forest. Every Ursa player knows to rush Vladmir's and solo Roshan at level 6, if you aren't playing against a premade team then there is very little risk in this, as most pubs won't call misses enough to know when Ursa isn't in the lane, however if the team you are fighting is a premade then it is normally better to get bottom lane AND mid lane to either scout or help with Roshan.
If the enemy team has many poisons or dots then Blink Dagger is generally not recommended (Venomancer, Queen of Pain, etc), if this is the case then a Shadow Blade can be used, and it is better to activate Overpower and Enrage before going into stealth, so you can open with Earthshock.
Comming back to what I said before Ursa isn't a team player, his job is to blink or stealth behind enermy lines and take out their (ranged) carries and support. This removes more or less all of their crowd control abilities and lets the rest of your team finish off the melee (tanks). Even if Ursa doesn't kill the carries/support, just seperating them from the melee will generally mean those melee will die in team fights, now this way of fighting won't work too well against orginized teams, as the melee will most likely engage Ursa to protect the ranged, this is where Black King Bar is required. Just using BKB will enable Ursa to sweep up a kill or two and most likely escape. However if they don't have many crowd control abilities or if they aren't focusing Ursa with them, then BKB is better off spent on more health.

General Guide
Rikimaru can be an extremely good carry/ganker. However his early game farm is very important, he should be coupled with a ranged support to suppress the enermy lane back, so Rikimaru can get his farm. At level 6 it is better to roam around ganking other lanes, this is because the other lanes will, in most cases, not have any 'anti-stealth' that Riki's lane might have in place.
If you notice anyone on the other team owning a Gem of Truesight it's best to just tell your team, see if they can be focused down first, and don't destroy the Gem if you can, keep it to counter any Sentry Wards in place. However, if you are being countered a lot and dying, then it might be best to just destroy it.
Opening ganks can be done as; Cloud, Diffusal's Purge, Attack. If they get out of this (Unlikely because of two slows) then they can easily be sweeped up with a Blink Strike. Opening team fights are generally the same, but focusing down their highest damage isn't always priority, if they have supports like, Omniknight, Witch Doctor, Lion, then they should be killed first.
