There is an old man at the top of the lighthouses. He's been running the lighthouse for a long time. Back in the day the lighthouse was the pride and joy of Andante. Now no one needs it and it's in disrepair. He wants to see it glow again to make him happy. He tells you about the fuse box.  You go fix the fusebox (tile sliding puzzle), and when you return the light is on. He's happy again. Says he's gonna keep the light on from now on. Gives you the good rod as a thank you for giving him a new lease on life.

There is a man at the top of the lighthouse. The power for the lighthouse is broken so you must fix it via the fuse box sliding puzzle. This turns the elevator on which can take you to the top. The guy at the top is greatful for your fixing it and so he gives you his good rod.
